Petrokemija dd is a Croatia-based company principally engaged in the production of mineral fertilizers, clay-based products and black carbon. It also offers such products as liquid fertilizers for plants under the brand name Fertina and cleaning materials under the brand names Kalcina, Dissina, Toalina and Plisina. The Company sells its product domestically and on foreign marekts. In addition, Petrokemija dd provides a number of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment services. As of December 31, 2011, it operated three wholly owned subsidiaries: Restoran Petrokemija doo Kutina, Petrokemija doo Novo Mesto, based in Slovenia and Petrokemija doo Novi Sad based in Serbia. As of June 19, 2012, the Company acquired a 50% stake in Luka Sibenik doo and owns a 79.72% stake in Luka Sibenik doo.
